TOPSIM - Banking Simulation Program for Senior Managers at Union Bank of India aimed at providing insights into the working of banking industry. Participants from across different offices of Union Bank of India were invited to attend this extensive session. This involved providing them a complete overview of complexities involved in running a banking business at the same time focused on issues involving human capital and various micro as well as macro economic factors affecting the industry.
During the course of workshop, participants were divided into groups, each heading competitive virtual banks in an experiential and interactive simulation scenario. The goal of each bank in the light of changes made in the simulated environment was to achieve maximum profitability through a series of complex strategic and tactical interrelated decisions.
The 2 – day session was organized at the Union Bank of India facility at Bangalore where lead facilitators and banking experts from TOPSIM as well as iInteract delivered thorough working knowledge pertaining to the banking industry to the UBI senior executives.
