Trident Opportunity Unlimited Campus Recruitment Drive 2013 was a pan India recruitment drive conceptualized and organized by iInteract Learning Solutions for the prestigious Trident Group, a US 1 billion dollar conglomerate, with a sole purpose to identify and extract talented young MBA graduates from top B-Schools across the country as potential human resource for Trident Group. The event was organized in a span of 2 months in top B-Schools shortlisted by the HR team at Trident.
The selection process for students in these B-Schools was carried out in the following formats:
A definite number of handpicked institutions were targeted to be visited by the execution team personally. The initial screening round was carried out at pre-decided dates on a mutual consent basis in these institutions through Business Simulation based screening method.

In this format, applications for an open online business simulation competition were sought through an online mode from final year MBA students of Top B-Schools from across the country. The application process was facilitated by the recruitment website developed in house by iInteract. A certain amount of prize money was also allocated to this stage of the process to facilitate applications solicitation.
Business Simulation platform was used at this stage of the process to screen out potential selectees for further rounds. The interested and eligible applicants at this stage were put through a rigorous business simulation based intra personal competition where they were ranked on the basis of their respective SHVs or Share Holder Values generated by the simulation software.
Selected students from the previous round were put through this round of elimination based screening to identify and analyze personality / behavioral / Logical Reasoning traits as per pre-defined criteria set by the Trident HR.
Further shortlisted candidates from the above rounds were invited in person to the Trident Plant at Sanghera for reinforcement and acquaintance of the Trident brand with these candidates. This was followed by a gala business simulation based competition, where participants competed head-on for a sizable sum to be given out as prize money. At this level they were also ranked on the basis of their SHVs to further identify and screen the crème de la crème out of the lot of candidates present.
The final stage of the recruitment drive was a personal interaction session of the shortlisted candidates with not only the Trident HR but also Padmshree Mr. Rajinder Gupta – Chairman, Trident Group. This stage included final interviews along with handing over final offers to the selected candidates.
