iInteract Change Management places participants in the role of Change Managers, who must lead the members of the organization through a change process and train them for change competence to affect a “voluntary commitment” from all employees towards the project.
Participants through an immersive process understand change as a holistic process and realize the importance of individual characteristics in implementation & acceptance of change at all levels of an organization. The simulation process consists of five phases, each with five decision stages. The simulation through its unique experiential technique provides an opportunity for the participants to deeply learn the crucial phases of change.
Participants in a team format, assume the role of Change Managers within a virtual organization. They execute the five phases of change leading the management towards the achievement of the desired change objective. The simulation is carried out in a phase-wise manner wherein participants inject timely interventions to affect individual change competence. Reports generated at the end of each decision round help participants analyze current status thereby enabling them to improvise on the intervention design for the next phase. Expert facilitators step in between simulation phases to provide debriefs, moderate team discussions and deliver key Subject inputs. The rigorous nature of the simulation has a long lasting effect preparing participants to Practice their learning in real situations.
