iInteract’s L.E.A.P. methodology viz. Learn-Experience-Analyze-Practice makes the learning process realistic and conveys an experience of dealing with real-life situations in the market that has enduring knowledge impact upon the participants.
Facilitators and speakers with rich academic and industry experience handle the orientation sessions based on proven concepts according to the nature and subject of the simulation program. Relevant case studies from real world are discussed.
Participants are encouraged to take risks and apply their understanding of the concepts in the simulation. They learn from mistakes and use embedded tools to forecast and take decisions. Tools allow participants to do ‘What If' analysis before taking decisions.
Debriefing is done at the end of each decision-round leading to healthy discussions. This helps the participants to reflect upon their results and move towards the achievement of the goals. The overall strategies and tactical decisions of the virtual companies that did well and those that did not are analyzed to bridge the gap between results and goals set.
The participants are divided into competing teams and run a virtual company applying their learning in critical decision areas over several decision periods. At the end of each decision period, teams analyze current standing of their company based on the predefined objectives and compare it with competing teams on various financial factors.
